Out of hours cover is also provided, allowing you peace of mind that we will be available in the event of an emergency.

• We are a family run business who manage blocks of flats ranging from 2 flats to 80 flats throughout Sussex.
• The majority of our staff are qualified members of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Management).
• We offer an all inclusive management fee with no hidden additional charges.
• We hold a dedicated fund bank account for each property we manage.
• We do not make a charge for contractor selection, or collect a percentage of contractor invoices.
• We aim to deal with all correspondence within 48 hours of receipt and being well staffed we are usually able to attend a property within 24 hours.
• Should a maintenance problem arise out of office hours, a permanently staffed 'maintenance line' is available to arrange emergency attendances.
• We do not charge additional fees for acting as registered office, attending AGMs and Directors meetings, or for filing Company accounts (if required) for your Freehold / RTM Company.
