Operating across Worthing and the surrounding areas

We provide options and expert opinions, quotes and reports whenever possible. Most importantly, we then take your instructions and we work for you. We do not have 'in-house' building contractors or surveyors. We have instead built up an excellent relationship with a group of independent contractors and professional experts that we can rely upon to provide quality work for a reasonable cost. We are of course also happy to continue using your current contractors if you are satisfied with their service.

The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) is the professional body for residential property management specialists and provides nationally accredited qualifications, guidance on career pathways and resources, to assist property managers within their roles.

LEASE - The Leasehold Advisory Service

A Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB) funded by the government to provide free legal advice to leaseholders, landlords, professional advisers and managers on the law affecting residential leasehold in England and Wales.

ARMA - Association of Residential Managing Agents

ARMA is a trade association for firms that manage private residential leasehold blocks of flats in England and Wales. ARMA provides advice, training and guidance for its members together with guidance materials for leaseholders and Resident Management Companies.
