We provide options and expert opinions, quotes and reports whenever possible. Most importantly, we then take your instructions and we work for you. We do not have 'in-house' building contractors or surveyors. We have instead built up an excellent relationship with a group of independent contractors and professional experts that we can rely upon to provide quality work for a reasonable cost. We are of course also happy to continue using your current contractors if you are satisfied with their service.
